NRW merujuk pada air yang diproduksi namun tidak memberikan pendapatan bagi perusahaan, baik karena kebocoran, pencurian, kesalahan pencatatan meter, atau inefisiensi operasional. Tingginya tingkat NRW di Indonesia bukan hanya mencerminkan inefisiensi sistem, tetapi juga menimbulkan kerugian finansial yang besar serta membatasi kemampuan PDAM dalam memperluas layanan kepada masyarakat.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"745\" data-end=\"748\" \/>\n<h4 data-start=\"750\" data-end=\"809\"><strong data-start=\"754\" data-end=\"809\">Seberapa Besar Tingkat Kehilangan Air di Indonesia?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"811\" data-end=\"1101\">Berdasarkan data dari <strong data-start=\"833\" data-end=\"891\">Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat (PUPR)<\/strong> dan <strong data-start=\"896\" data-end=\"907\">BPPSPAM<\/strong>, rata-rata <strong data-start=\"919\" data-end=\"980\">tingkat NRW nasional masih berkisar antara 30% hingga 35%<\/strong>. Ini berarti dari setiap 100 liter air yang diproduksi, hanya sekitar 65\u201370 liter yang berhasil ditagihkan ke pelanggan.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1103\" data-end=\"1146\">Jika merujuk pada data PDAM skala nasional:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1147\" data-end=\"1366\">\n<li data-start=\"1147\" data-end=\"1206\">\n<p data-start=\"1149\" data-end=\"1206\">Volume air hilang bisa mencapai <strong data-start=\"1181\" data-end=\"1205\">1,8 juta m\u00b3 per hari<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1207\" data-end=\"1366\">\n<p data-start=\"1209\" data-end=\"1366\">Dengan tarif rata-rata Rp 4.000\/m\u00b3, maka kerugian finansial akibat NRW bisa mencapai <strong data-start=\"1294\" data-end=\"1320\">Rp 7,2 miliar per hari<\/strong> atau <strong data-start=\"1326\" data-end=\"1365\">lebih dari Rp 2,6 triliun per tahun<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"1368\" data-end=\"1371\" \/>\n<h4 data-start=\"1373\" data-end=\"1404\"><strong data-start=\"1377\" data-end=\"1404\">Penyebab Kehilangan Air<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"1406\" data-end=\"1465\">Kehilangan air diklasifikasikan menjadi dua kategori utama:<\/p>\n<h5 data-start=\"1467\" data-end=\"1513\">1. <strong data-start=\"1475\" data-end=\"1513\">Kehilangan Fisik (Physical Losses)<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul data-start=\"1517\" data-end=\"1705\">\n<li data-start=\"1517\" data-end=\"1610\">\n<p data-start=\"1519\" data-end=\"1610\"><strong data-start=\"1519\" data-end=\"1562\">Kebocoran pipa transmisi dan distribusi<\/strong>, terutama pada jaringan lama dan tidak terawat.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1614\" data-end=\"1643\">\n<p data-start=\"1616\" data-end=\"1643\">Sambungan rumah yang rusak.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1647\" data-end=\"1705\">\n<p data-start=\"1649\" data-end=\"1705\">Tekanan air yang terlalu tinggi dalam sistem distribusi.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5 data-start=\"1707\" data-end=\"1759\">2. <strong data-start=\"1715\" data-end=\"1759\">Kehilangan Komersial (Commercial Losses)<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul data-start=\"1763\" data-end=\"1969\">\n<li data-start=\"1763\" data-end=\"1809\">\n<p data-start=\"1765\" \/>\n<h4 data-start=\"2435\" data-end=\"2478\"><strong data-start=\"2439\" data-end=\"2478\">Solusi dan Strategi Pengurangan NRW<\/strong><\/h4>\n<h5 data-start=\"2480\" data-end=\"2518\">1. <strong data-start=\"2488\" data-end=\"2518\">Audit dan Mapping Jaringan<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul data-start=\"2522\" data-end=\"2615\">\n<li data-start=\"2522\" data-end=\"2615\">\n<p data-start=\"2524\" data-end=\"2615\">Pemetaan dan audit teknis untuk mengetahui lokasi kebocoran dan potensi kehilangan lainnya.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5 data-start=\"2617\" data-end=\"2656\">2. <strong data-end=\"2749\">Membagi jaringan ke dalam zona kecil untuk memudahkan pemantauan dan deteksi kebocoran.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5 data-start=\"2751\" data-end=\"2787\">3. <strong data-start=\"2759\"
